Job Summary: We are hiring Graduate Trainee Engineers for a technical role. Selected candidates will be part of a structured training program focused on AV systems integration, networking, project coordination, and client support. Key Responsibilities: Undergo training in AV systems, IT networking, and system integration Assist in project execution, configuration, and testing of installed systems Support documentation, report generation, and client coordination Participate in technical site visits, installation supervision, and troubleshooting Learn about industry-specific software, tools, and programming protocols Collaborate with senior engineers on live projects and client solutions Follow technical procedures and complete assigned tasks on time Key Requirements: Graduate in B.Tech / B.E. / BCA (CS, IT, Electronics, or Electrical) Strong interest in Audio-Visual/IT/Networking technologies Good communication and presentation skills Familiarity with MS Office tools and basic networking concepts Fast learner, self-motivated, and ready to work in technical field roles Ability to travel for project sites when required Why Join RKJ Electric?
