What will you do at Fynd?

• Debug and resolve production issues by analyzing logs, performance metrics, and code behavior.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications, ensuring reliability, scalability, and high performance.
• Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code using Node.js, Python, and React.js.
• Develop scripts, tools, and automation workflows to streamline operational and monitoring tasks.
• Participate in the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) — from understanding requirements to deployment and monitoring.
• Build robust API integrations and work with databases like MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Deploy and manage scalable services using GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate across teams to improve product stability, observability, and developer efficiency.
• Document systems, create flowcharts, and propose solutions that simplify operations and improve maintainability.
• Take full ownership of the code you build — from design to deployment and beyond.
  

Some Specific Requirements

• Hands-on knowledge in Node.js or Python, or React.js.
• Understanding MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
• Good understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Operating Systems.
• You enjoy debugging, maintaining, and optimizing real-world systems at scale.
• You love automating repetitive tasks to improve team productivity.
• You can work across frontend or backend as needed and are always eager to learn new technologies.
• You might not have experience with all the tools we use, but you’re open to learning with the right guidance and resources.
• BTech/BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
