Trasccon Interconnection Systems Pvt Ltd is a leading player in manufacturer of Electrical Interconnection systems such as Wire Harness, Cable Assembly, Electrical Looms, Cabinet wiring and Electro Mechanical Integrations Key Responsibilities: Learn and understand the company's engineering processes, procedures, and standards. Assist senior engineers in various engineering tasks and projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering solutions. Participate in design, testing, and analysis of products or systems. Perform research and gather data to support engineering projects. Contribute to the development and improvement of engineering processes. Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations related to engineering activities. Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Actively participate in training programs and professional development activities. Understanding project requirements and completing all duties assigned by the Supervisor. Raising concerns and making suggestions for improvement where appropriate participating in meetings and attending workshops and other training initiatives. Analyzing data and writing reports according to specifications. Taking notes and sharing your findings with your Supervisor and other relevant stakeholders. Establishing professional relationships with staff. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mech, EEE, ECE, (recent graduate or final semester). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
