Graduate Engineer Trainee

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee at GAZTRON Engineering Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in various project-related tasks. You will be responsible for managing project documents, attending and reporting on client/user review meetings, generating construction reports and analysis, digitization of data and reports, as well as making presentations to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Managing Project Related Documents: Organizing, maintaining, and updating project documents such as technical specifications, drawings, and other documentation. Ensuring proper filing and accessibility for project team members and clients. - Attending and Reporting Client/Users for Review Meetings: Actively participating in client/user review meetings, providing project progress updates, discussing challenges, and presenting solutions. Preparing comprehensive reports and communicating updates professionally. - Generating Various Construction Reports and Analysis for the Client: Analyzing project data, generating construction reports, and providing insightful analysis to clients. Using tools and software to analyze data and offer recommendations for project performance optimization. - Digitization of Data, Reports & Importing of Client Data: Digitizing project data and reports accurately, storing information in databases or systems, importing client data, and conducting quality checks for data accuracy. - Making Presentations to Clients: Creating and delivering professional presentations to clients, demonstrating project progress and outcomes.
