Job Description

Note: By applying to this position you will have an opportunity to share your preferred working location from the following: Hyderabad, Telangana, India; Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting vendor operations.
5 years of experience managing third party logistics relationships.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in procurement and contract management lifecycles.
Experience with audit operations.
Experience building product requirement documents, with an interest in improving user experience.
Experience leading implementation of security risk and compliance frameworks for security programs.
Knowledge of applicable global privacy laws, regulations, and binding legal commitments.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Contracts and Solutions Lead to deliver solutions consultations for GVO on pilot programs, new programs, and experimental vendor engagements.
Manage the timely processing of commercial term updates to SOWs and order forms, and manage the data ecosystem of vendor engagements.
Develop financial cost models, including total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses.
Design and implement process improvements to automate or enhance legacy systems.
Design and build a variety of vendor governance compliance programs in coordination with other GVO teams and broader Risk and Compliance cross-functional teams.
