Google Ads: End-to-end campaign setup across Search, Display, and YouTube Keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis Conversion tracking setup via GTM/GA4 Managing budgets, bidding strategies, and A/B testing Creating ad copies and ad extensions Optimizing campaigns for CTR, Quality Score, and ROI Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram): Campaign setup for awareness, traffic, lead generation, and conversions Custom and Lookalike Audience setup Pixel & event tracking configuration Daily monitoring and performance optimization Ad creative briefing and collaboration with the design team Retargeting strategies and funnel optimization Analytics & Reporting: Weekly/monthly reporting on key KPIs Use of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and third-party dashboards ROI and performance forecasting Required Skills & Experience: 2–3 years of experience in Google & Meta Ads Strong understanding of conversion tracking, GTM, GA4, and remarketing funnels Proven success with lead generation & eCommerce campaigns Excellent analytical and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines What We Offer: A collaborative work culture Flexible environment to test ideas & experiment Opportunities for skill development and certifications Exposure to multi-industry clients How to Apply: Send your updated CV and portfolio of past campaigns (performance snapshots or case studies, if any) to sushant.webies@gmail.com Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): last ctc Experience: Google Ads: 2 years (Required) Location: Chandigarh, Chandigarh (Preferred) Work Location: In person
