Company: Radian Points Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu Experience: Minimum 3 years in managing Google Ads Education: Any Degree/PG Interview Date: 23rd of May (Friday this week - in our Nungambakkam office after 11AM). We are looking for a skilled Google Ads Specialist to join our team at Radian Points. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max (PMAX). The ideal candidate should have experience in landing page planning , conversion rate optimization (CRO) , and performance tracking. Responsibilities: Create and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, PMAX) Do keyword research, competitor analysis, and ad copywriting Monitor daily performance and optimize for conversions and ROI Collaborate with the content and design team for ad creatives and landing pages Plan and improve landing pages for better Quality Score and CRO Set up tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics Generate performance reports and provide insights Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Google Ads Skills Required: Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, PMAX, YouTube) Strong understanding of Quality Score and Ad Rank Knowledge of landing page structure and copywriting Familiarity with CRO best practices Experience with GTM, GA4, and conversion tracking setup Show more Show less
