Job Description

Role & responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution : Design, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns across various platforms (Google Search, Google Display Network, YouTube Ads), while staying within budget constraints. Optimization : Leverage data-driven insights and automation tools to continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, adjusting targeting, bidding, and creatives as needed. Performance Tracking : Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS) and generate insightful reports for stakeholders to track campaign success. Keyword Research & Analysis : Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-converting keywords and refine negative keyword lists for better targeting. A/B Testing : Develop and execute A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve overall performance. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., content, design, product) to ensure paid ad strategies align with overall marketing and brand objectives. Stay Updated : Keep up with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in Google Ads and digital marketing to optimize our campaigns and maintain competitiveness. Preferred candidate profile Experience : 1+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (search, display, shopping, YouTube), with familiarity in using other paid advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Bing Ads). Certification : Current Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Video) are required. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Google Ads platform, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Tag Manager, and related digital marketing tools. Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze data and trends, making actionable decisions to improve campaign performance. Attention to Detail : Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining precision in execution. Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex campaign results to stakeholders. Problem-Solving : Creative, proactive, and results-driven approach to managing challenges and seizing opportunities in paid search.
