Google Ad Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize high-performing paid campaigns focused on generating quality calls for airlines, car rental companies, and other USA-based businesses. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of PPC strategy, call-based conversions, landing page optimization, and U.S. audience targeting. Experience with Bing Ads and other advertising platforms is essential. Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and manage high-converting Google Ads Search, Display & Call Ads Run and optimize Call-Only and Call Extension campaigns for USA markets Manage PPC campaigns for airlines, car rentals, travel agencies, and other U.S. businesses Conduct keyword research with a focus on high-intent, call-generating keywords Track and optimize campaigns for CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS Create effective ad copies aligned with U.S. customer intent Manage and optimize campaigns on Bing Ads, ensuring cross-platform performance Perform A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies Monitor daily performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and reduce cost per call Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, Google policies, and industry best practices Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads Proven experience in call generation campaigns, especially for U.S.-based clients Strong expertise in Bing Ads / Microsoft Ads Deep understanding of bidding strategies, campaign structure, and keyword targeting Experience with travel-related niches (airlines, car rentals, hotels, etc.) is a strong advantage Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions Knowledge of tracking tools like Google Tag Manager, Call Tracking software, and Analytics Excellent communication and reporting skills Preferred QualitiesGoogle Ads Certification Ability to handle high budgets and scale campaigns Familiarity with U.S. consumer behaviour and time zones Strong problem-solving and creative ad-testing approach
