Role Description

This is a full-time Gold Loan Sales role located on-site in Tambaram. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities for gold loans, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include evaluating customer eligibility, offering personalized financial solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service. The position requires collaboration with team members and adherence to the bank's compliance and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development: Prior experience in direct sales, lead generation, and achieving sales targets.
• Customer Relationship Management: Strong skills in building and maintaining customer relationships, providing superior financial guidance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Finance and Banking Knowledge: Understanding of gold loan processes, financial products, and banking operations.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to effectively interact with diverse customers.
• Additional Skills: Proficiency in local language(s) and prior experience in similar roles would be an advantage.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably with exposure to sales or finance-related roles.
• Willingness to work on-site in Tambaram and occasional travel as required.
