Role & responsibilities • Have clear understanding of documentation required in Gold Loan. • Ensure that Gold Loan branch is popularized in catchment area of 5 square kilometers for enhancing walk-ins resulting in business. • Maintain customer contact details for customer follow-up by branch team. • Maintain & update MIS required by Branch team, Area Manager & Head Office on daily basis. Helping Branch Staff in Documentation and Operational Work.
