JOB DESCRIPTION Ensure tool box talk for all Jobs Participate in tool box talk with one team Check PTW for its adequacy Ensure LOTOTO Check availability mandatory PPEs of all Verify Job Specific PPE while on Job Ensure Orientation training is completed for all workers before deputation Conduct motivation programs, Inspect common hand tools, Ensure fire extinguisher while execution of Hot work, Ensure Electrical tools lifting tools are checked by competent person and safe Maintain Certificate for tools and tackles belonging to contractor Motivate contract workmen for near miss reporting Promptly reporting of injury, other incidents Monitor housekeeping at work Place Identity and get compliance of UA/UC, Audit inspection & Safety Observation Round points Know emergency situations & response plan of the Unit Safety is Everyone’s responsibility” To Conduct Tool box meeting. Prepare daily site work procedures in routine & see that they are complied. Training to the newly appointed workers. Daily check the work permit. Safety inspection at work site. Accident, investigation, analysis & reporting. Preparation of standard operating procedure (SOP) & explaining the same to the employees. Daily safety talks with the workers regarding nature of work. . Arrange mass meeting with the, supervisor and workers. Assuring safely while working at height (use of full body harness, life line, fall arrester, aluminum ladder, safety ropes, safety net, scaffold etc.). Confined space checks permit & O2, other gases before one enter confined space for adequate light & ventilation. To analyze job hazards and providing safe working procedure will be made. To adopt best practices in all jobs and continually improving them to aim zero accident by reviewing performance and having an action plan. Conducting regular site inspection to identify hazards, risk & monitor the activity of the workforce.
