Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Set up and deploy Email & SMS campaigns inside GoHighLevel
(messaging, timing, and assets are provided)
Build & maintain workflow automations, triggers, tagging, and segmentation
Ensure
all leads flow correctly
into pipelines and stages in GHL
Set up technical ads for
Facebook + TikTok
(copy & creatives provided)
Install / troubleshoot pixels, conversion API, and tracking events
Manage domain warmup, inbox deliverability & sender reputation
Create forms, funnels, and basic landing pages when needed in GHL
Monitor campaign performance and fix routing / automation errors
Maintain clean data and overall CRM system health
Preferred candidate profile
13 years
experience in Marketing Automation or CRM execution
Must have direct experience with
GoHighLevel CRM
Familiar with Facebook Ads Manager & TikTok Ads setup
Strong understanding of funnels, lead routing, and follow-up workflows
Good communication in English and ability to
work US hours
if needed
Self-starter who can follow SOPs and execute quickly with minimal hand-holding

No sales or customer support tasks
