Key Result Areas 1. Business Planning and delivery of results 2. Channel Management 3. Rurban Business 4. MIS and Data Analytics Key Responsibilities : 1. Business planning and delivery of results Analyse sales trend and accordingly create and execute trade promotions, incentive programs etc to drive channel partner engagement and increase sales performance. Monitor and measure effectiveness of trade promotion activities by key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular communication and updates to all stakeholders regarding promotional initiatives. Tracking and monitoring marketing budget spend on sales promotion activities. Monitor and analyse competitor activities through market visits to identify new opportunities and develop effective promotion plans. 2. Channel Management Network Development - Correction, Expansion and Creation: Assessing the distributor performance against market potential and sustainability matrix, Plan Network development along with branches, tracking the distributor/dealer appointments as per plan Collaborate with sales team to identify and appoint new channel partners to increase distribution footprint. Implement, track and monitor of market hygienic activities like coverage, adherence, productivity etc by the sales team. Developing and executing TASE program for Channel Management. Provide necessary training to sales team and channel partners on soft skills, systems & processes and policies 3. RURBAN Business - Developing business plan for RURBAN focus cities based on market potential and growth opportunity. Ensure increase in sales extraction from of tier 2/3 cities by establishing direct presence and proper coverage through sales team. Evaluating and creating channel set up in under-covered and uncovered cities Planning and executing RURBAN specific promotions and tie ups Monitoring and reviewing city performance and ensuring achievement 4.MIS and Data analytics Analysing trade promotions' effectiveness, working on analytics applications Alteryx, Power BI to assess the trend and analyse the root cause, Predictive Analytics for retailer wise / distributor wise sale recommendation. Ensuring compliance with statutory and company wide policies and initiatives: TD pass through, Redistribution discount, adherence to marketing policy Managing various type of MIS systems for retail channel to review performance against sales targets and operational KPIs and to assist critical decision-making and business process Required Skills: 1. Strong analytical skills to identify market opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with cross functional team and channel partners. 3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful channel marketing trade promotional activities. 4. Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 5. Creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies. 6. Understanding of channel management principles and experience in working with channel partners. 7. Proficiency in using MS office, DMS and other tools to extract insights
