KRA: 1. Achieve sales volume for Cartini (Scissors and Knives) 2. Channel Development 3. Retail Market Coverage & Influencer Management 4. Sales generation from Modern Trade, E-commerce 5. Co-ordination with other functions and training subordinates Job Description: The incumbent would be responsible for the following: 1. Establishing distribution set-up in focus cities by network creation and correction in different channels 2. Increasing sales generation from retail, institutions, modern trade and E-commerce in the assigned territory 3. Working with influencers and suppliers to increase sales 4. Achieving objectives for area of sales, outstanding, inventory management and ISO 9001 5. Analyzing market and product data 6. Implementing marketing policy, local area marketing activities and expense control for the area 7. Competitor tracking and analysis 8. Planning and reviewing of sales from different channels, modern trade, E-commerce and suppliers / influencers 9. Ensuring claim / grievance settlement and closing customer complaints 10. Co-ordinating with branch commercial, accounts and warehouse team for smooth day to day operations 11. TSI monitoring, increasing productivity and training of TSI, DSI 12. Co-ordinating other functions such as accounts, order booking, warehousing, dispatches, supply chain, etc. at branch and HO
