Company Description Goa Decor is an artisanal boutique founded in 2020 by architect and interior designer Ar Roopa Kunkolienker to celebrate and preserve the rich heritage and craftsmanship of Goa. We specialise in creating high-quality, heritage-inspired souvenirs, home décor and fusion designs that embody the region’s culture and traditions. Our mission is to empower local artisans, including woodworkers, weavers, painters, and skilled women, by providing them opportunities to showcase their craft. In addition to our traditional pieces, we offer customised lifestyle and home décor items that blend cultural charm with modern elegance. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Social Media Manager role located in Goa, India. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media marketing strategies to promote Goa Decor's products and brand. Daily responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating content strategies, optimising posts for better engagement, writing and curating engaging content, and analysing social media performance metrics to enhance outreach. Collaboration with the creative and operational staff to align social media efforts with overall business goals is central to this roles. Qualifications Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) Strong Communication and Writing skills for creating engaging online content Experience in developing creative and effective Content Strategies Ability to analyse social media performance metrics to improve engagement Familiarity with Goan culture and heritage is highly desirable Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail Graduate in any field
