1. Site Execution & Technical Oversight Execute and manage complete electrical works at the site, including HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS systems, cabling, cable trays, earthing, lighting, fire alarm systems, and control wiring. Oversee installation and commissioning of cleanroom-compatible electrical systems. Coordinate power distribution for HVAC, BMS, and pharma process equipment. 2. Quality & Compliance Ensure all electrical installations are executed as per pharma-specific standards (GMP, WHO, USFDA, EU-GMP). Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning activities with proper documentation. Support qualification and validation teams with electrical compliance data and reports. 3. Project Coordination Collaborate with cross-functional teams: HVAC, mechanical, instrumentation, civil, and utility engineers to ensure synchronized execution. Track project timelines, identify risks, and implement corrective actions. Manage site manpower, contractors, material handling, and vendor coordination. 4. Documentation & Reporting Maintain daily and weekly progress reports, red-mark drawings, and site logbooks. Prepare as-built drawings and commissioning reports. Support in preparing handover documentation and participate in client audits. 5. Client and Stakeholder Management Liaise with consultants, clients, and international project managers to resolve site issues and align with technical expectations. Participate in site meetings and provide accurate updates on project status. Key Skills & Competencies: Deep knowledge of pharma-grade electrical systems and cleanroom integration. Proficiency in electrical drawings, SLDs, P&IDs, and BMS interface layouts. Strong understanding of international electrical codes and pharma compliance standards. Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and team leadership skills. Hands-on experience in testing, commissioning, and documentation for regulatory audits. Experience Required: 710 years of core experience in electrical site engineering for industrial projects Must have executed at least 2 international pharmaceutical projects

Key Responsibilities: HVAC System Drawings: Prepare detailed HVAC drawings (plans, elevations, sections, and schematics) for air conditioning, ventilation, heating, and refrigeration systems. Create and modify AHU (Air Handling Unit) locations, ductwork layouts , chilled and hot water piping routes , and other HVAC system elements. Develop and maintain Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCPs) and other associated design documentation. Piping and Ducting Layouts: Design piping layouts for chilled water (CHW) and hot water (HW) systems, including manifolds, valves, and equipment connections. Prepare detailed layouts for ductwork , air distribution systems, and ventilation routes. Coordination with Engineering Teams: Collaborate with mechanical engineers and other team members to integrate HVAC designs with overall building layouts and systems. Assist in the development of pressure zoning , area classification , and detailed airflow layouts . Documentation and Revisions: Ensure the timely delivery of HVAC shop drawings and layouts. Revise and update drawings based on client feedback, site conditions, and coordination with other disciplines. Prepare as-built drawings after the projects completion, reflecting the final system installations. Software Usage: Use AutoCAD , Revit , and other HVAC design software to produce accurate and efficient drawings. Maintain organized records of all drawings, revisions, and project files. Skills & Qualifications: Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering , HVAC Engineering , or related field. Experience: Minimum [4-9] years of experience as an HVAC Draughtsman or in a similar role. Experience in preparing HVAC system drawings for commercial and residential buildings is essential. Knowledge of ductwork design , piping layouts , and HVAC equipment. Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD , Revit , and other HVAC drafting tools. Knowledge of HVAC systems, including AHUs , chilled water systems , ducting , and ventilation systems . Familiarity with HVAC design standards , local building codes , and regulatory requirements . Ability to interpret mechanical plans and specifications and integrate them into drawings. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. Desirable: Previous experience in MEP coordination and working with multi-disciplinary teams. Familiarity with energy-efficient HVAC systems and sustainable design practices. Certification in AutoCAD or similar software.
