We bring together technologies and industries, alongside the contributions of diverse individuals who are empowered by an intentional workplace culture, to solve problems better and faster.working experience at inspection and reliability section, plant machinery maintenance of static and rotary equipment, conducting condition monitoring using advanced techniques such as FFT and SYSTEM-1, overseeing shutdown maintenance including meticulous planning and flawless execution, Condition monitoring like oil analysis, vibration analysis. Working experience of 3 to 6 years in oil & gas is preferable. The ideal candidate should also have a strong understanding of predictive maintenance strategies and be familiar with industry best practices in equipment reliability. Experience with root cause analysis and failure mode identification would be a valuable asset in this role.

Work Experience

Experience in operations and upkeep, maintenance of plant machinery including static and rotating equipment, strong analytical abilities, comprehension of P&ID diagrams, familiarity with Management of Change (MOC) processes, background in the oil and gas industry. Proficient in conducting root cause analysis, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and optimizing equipment performance. Skilled in troubleshooting complex machinery issues and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Redline drawing creation using blue beam/Auto cad. Additionally, adopt at collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance operational efficiency. Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness. Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and vendors, ensuring seamless project execution. Experience in training and mentoring junior staff to enhance their technical skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.
