The Administration Assistant will support the organization by performing a variety of clerical tasks, managing schedules, maintaining communication, handling correspondence, and providing executive administrative assistance. Daily responsibilities include answering phone calls, organizing files, preparing and managing documents, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills Solid Clerical Skills, including organizing and managing documentation effectively Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or related tools Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Professional demeanor and ability to work in a team-oriented environment Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
