Designation: GM - Operations EHV Experience: Minimum 20+ Years of relevant experience in over all Operations of HV Power Cable Plant. Qualification: B.E/B. Tech Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics Engineering. Location: Valsad, Gujarat Role & responsibilities To heading the Operations of XLPE Power Cable Plant. To head operations activities of XLPE Power Cable Plant. To manage and control the over all activities of the plant in a way that, the product manufactured at the plant will meet as per the required quality standards. To Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the plants internal capacity. To look after manpower planning in coordination with Unit Head. To lead Industry 4.0, Six Sigma, 6s and other Quality Improvement activities of over all operations. To look after Man Power Planning of Manufacturing Plants. Preferred candidate profile Sound Experience and Exposure in leading operations of XLPE Power Cables (Up to 132 KVA) Excellent Know how of business planning activities of a XLPE Power Cable Manufacturing. Sound Technical Process knowledge of XLPE Power Cable Manufacturing Lines (Expertise in CCV, Tripple Extrusion and Other latest technologies of High Voltage Cable Mfg) Show more Show less
