Mandatory Requirements

  • Must be willing to relocate to Nashik with family.
  • Must have experience working in a group of companies, including group consolidation.
  • Availability to join within 30-60 days.

Role Overview

This is a senior management position at the

group level

, responsible for strengthening financial efficiency, building robust financial systems, and enabling informed decision-making across multiple business units.

Function Purpose

Ensure optimal allocation and productive utilization of funds across the group.

Role Purpose

Enable strong informational efficiency to support strategic and operational funding decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain a reliable, automated, business-wise financial information system.
  • Develop and sustain planning and control systems, including budgeting, financial management, and liquidity controls.
  • Create and improve funding channels to support group-wide operations and growth.
  • Build the finance function as a strategic enabler, promoting decentralized and evidence-based decision-making.
  • Strengthen internal financial governance to ensure transparency, accuracy, and strategic alignment.

Core Competencies

  • Strong conceptual and operational understanding of planning and control systems.
  • Strategic perspective and deep understanding of finance at a group level.
  • Experience working with or within family-run businesses.
  • Strong negotiation skills and an ability to support and enable business teams.
  • Sensitivity to evidence-driven decision-making and the willingness to adapt based on validated insights.

Candidate Profile

  • Master's degree in Finance or Chartered Accountant preferred. (Educational criteria may be relaxed for candidates with exceptional and distinctive experience.)
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in mid-to-senior management roles within finance, preferably in a group structure.
  • Experience designing and implementing automated or IT-enabled MIS and control systems is highly desirable
