position : Head-Business Finance Qualification: CA Financial & Budgeting Responsibilities: Conduct budgeting for raw materials (RMs), utilities, and move order expenses. Monitor financial aspects (cost tracker) of capex projects from inception to completion. Calculate and communicate usage variance of raw materials and utilities for all products. Review raw material cost (RMC) and yield data for identified products on a monthly basis. Monitor inventories on a monthly basis. Business & Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze high-impact Key Indicators (KIs) of business and units. Analyze business problems and present alternative solutions to management. Support data analysis to highlight critical impact areas for Manufacturing (Mfg) and Technology Excellence (TE) teams. Develop capability of Mfg and TE teams in data analysis. Process & Compliance Management: Prepare, review, and ensure adherence to department policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensure coordination and compilation of AMC and other meetings. Streamline real-time IT workflow compliance and effectiveness. Support development and execution of IT solutions to improve TE and Mfg process inefficiency. Set up a sustainability dashboard for the company. Maintain and sustain Good Housekeeping (GHK) practices (5S). Ensure audit compliance for operations activities. Support internal and statutory auditors during plant visits or audits. People Management & Leadership: Perform the role of a people manager.
