Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Planning • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance corporate brand visibility. • Understand each real estate product and develop positioning based on target user segments. • Innovate new ways to connect brand identity with products and audiences. 2. Creative Design & Content Creation • Craft compelling narratives with a storytelling approach. • Oversee the production of high-quality visual and written content across all platforms (brochures, social media, presentations, banners, etc.). 3. Brand Development • Establish and maintain a consistent and compelling brand identity across all marketing materials. • Ensure all marketing initiatives align with brand values while adapting to project-specific demands. • Create branding guidelines and enforce adherence across all communications. 4. Digital Communications & Data-Driven Insights • Work with digital communication and SEO teams to analyze data and refine strategies. • Oversee email campaigns, newsletters, and digital marketing initiatives to attract and retain clients. • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance. 5. Team Building & Management • Build and lead a marketing team to execute branding and marketing initiatives. • Collaborate with top-tier branding and marketing agencies throughout project lifecycles. 6. Stakeholder Collaboration • Work closely with architects, developers, and sales teams to translate project details into impactful marketing campaigns. • Align marketing efforts with sales and business objectives. 7. PR, Events & Community Initiatives • Conceptualize and lead PR campaigns, promotional events, property launches, and exhibitions. • Forge strategic partnerships with relevant industry operators. • Organize and host client engagement events, with a focus on fintech and community-building initiatives.
