We’re on a mission to democratize research, and we need a creative, data-savvy, and strategic Marketing Executive to take our campaigns to the next level. Role Overview: As our Marketing Executive , you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Google , and other platforms. You will manage budgets, design creatives, track performance metrics, and build engaging content to showcase our unique value proposition to students, parents, and educators. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage paid marketing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads. Performance Marketing: Optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversion; manage ad budgets, CPC/CPM, ROAS, etc. Content & Creative Strategy: Conceptualize and design compelling creatives (reels, videos, carousels, static ads) that resonate with parents and students. Marketing Analytics: Track, analyze, and report key metrics. Translate data into actionable insights for campaign improvements. Collaboration: Work closely with the Director, product teams, and mentors to align marketing goals with business objectives. What We're Looking For: 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the edtech or youth-focused sector. Proven experience in managing Meta, LinkedIn, and Google ad campaigns. Strong understanding of marketing analytics and tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc. Excellent design creativity and storytelling skills ability to translate concepts into short videos, reels, and creatives. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (along with tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite). Video editing skills (using tools like DaVinci, Premiere Pro , Final Cut Pro, or mobile editors like CapCut/InShot) are a plus. Working closely with Project Mentors and Education Design Team, you will convert academic content into fun, visual, and shareable videos for students across various age groups. Key Responsibilities: - Create short, animated videos and reels (30-90 seconds) on research topics in various domains. - Transform scripts and ideas from project mentors into visual stories. - Design explainer videos using animation tools and stock assets. - Incorporate subtitles, voiceovers, and music as necessary. - Assist in creating content for social media promotions, webinars, and student outreach. - Ensure the video style is age-appropriate and educational for Grades 6 to 12 & college level.
