Job Title: Outbound Telesales Executive (Female) Company: Tonerinko Location: Meerut, Uttar Pradesh Job Type: Full-Time | Office-Based About Tonerinko: Tonerinko is a Dubai-born brand offering premium genuine and compatible printer toners, inks, and accessories to customers across the Middle East and India. We’re expanding our presence and setting up our telesales team in Meerut to connect with business clients, resellers, and distributors. Role Overview: We’re looking for a female telesales executive with a confident voice, persuasive communication skills, and a professional attitude. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, introducing them to Tonerinko’s product range and generating qualified sales leads. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Present Tonerinko’s products and services in a clear, engaging, and professional manner. Build and maintain customer relationships through follow-ups and product updates. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable toner or ink solutions. Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and customer details in CRM records. Achieve weekly and monthly sales or lead-generation targets. Coordinate with the marketing and logistics teams for smooth order handling. Candidate Requirements: Female candidate with strong spoken English and Hindi (Malayalam is a plus) Prior experience in telesales, BPO, or customer service preferred but not mandatory. Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated personality. Good communication and listening skills. Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, CRM, Email). Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
