Roles and Responsibilities: Accounting & Bookkeeping: o Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records. o Record all financial transactions in compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Billing & Invoicing: o Prepare, issue, and track customer invoices. o Verify vendor invoices and ensure timely payment processing. Banking & Reconciliation: o Handle daily banking transactions and fund transfers. o Perform monthly bank reconciliations. Candidate should have proper knowledge of ZOHO software for inventory management. Oversee inventory control, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials and products. Maintain accurate records of stock levels, inventory audits, and reporting. Implement and manage proper storage systems to ensure the safety and preservation of equipment. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in storage facilities. Regularly review stock turnover rates to minimize overstocking or shortages. The Stores and Logistics In-Charge will oversee the effective management of inventory, storage, and distribution of equipment. This role ensures timely procurement, proper stock control, and efficient delivery to meet customer and operational requirements. The position plays a key role in maintaining optimal inventory levels and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Plan and execute the timely transportation and delivery of products to customers and internal departments. Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping agencies to coordinate imports/exports and logistics operations. Track shipments and ensure accurate documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs clearance. Monitor and manage logistics costs to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality or timelines. Address and resolve logistical challenges promptly.
