Job Description

Global Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier leadership talent across global markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of international talent landscapes, and a proven track record in executive recruitment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber leadership candidates internationally. Partner with senior management and HR leaders to understand leadership needs and build effective talent pipelines. Source candidates through various channels, including direct sourcing, networking, executive search firms, and digital platforms. Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' leadership capabilities, cultural fit, and potential for success. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiation. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, executive search firms, and other relevant networks. Stay updated on global market trends and best practices in executive recruitment. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to support onboarding and integration of new leadership hires. Qualifications: Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration. Minimum of 2 years of experience in executive or leadership recruiting, preferably in the EMEA, APAC region. Proven success in identifying and hiring senior-level talent across multiple geographies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of global talent markets and cultural nuances. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
