Global Service Account Technical Analyst

Job Description

PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION: Global Technical Analyst The individual will be responsible for performing service account discovery across multiple systems and working with multiple stakeholders define ownership and remediate deviations from standards or best practice. This individual will produce reports for account owners and leadership stakeholders to use to prioritize work efforts and will report project progress to project managers. The individual supports complex AD and IAM projects and systems and ongoing work activities of moderate to high complexity. The individual will work closely with AD and and IAM admins to identify dependencies and align data across systems. Responsibilities This role is responsible for the analysis, design, and implementation of a basic service account inventory reporting solution and design/testing of a stakeholder reporting process Querying or exporting information from Active Directory and systems to identify features and ownership of service accounts Creation and Modification of PowerShell or other basic scripting related to Active Directory and other systems Analysis of data in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI Data manipulation through tools like Power Automate, Python, or complex Excel formulas, and manual analysis Execute data collection, monitoring, and reporting Communication to other global teams and account owners to discuss report findings and necessary follow-up actions Support, interface and coordination with technical resources and project managers Create playbooks and process documentation to support self-service or introduction to additional stakeholders or team members Education and Experience 5+ years of extensive experience with Active Directory, Sailpoint 3+ PowerShell scripting experience 3+ years analysis with Excel and PowerBI Able to articulate technical issues to a non-technical audience Able to refine requirements from business end users, update technical design specification documentation and deliverables Experience with scripting and automating data exports Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate complex computer/information systems information into an organized and presentable manner Ability to communicate report findings and work tasks with technical and business stakeholders Ability to make decisions and manage your time effectively to a delivery plan/schedule Ability to work independently, but also be part of a team
