Job Description

As a "CBP Global Regulatory Governance" at Barclays, your role will involve spearheading the evolution of the digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence. You will utilize cutting-edge technology to revolutionize digital offerings, ensuring unparalleled customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team that governs regulatory engagements for Technology & CSO, supporting leadership where necessary. - Deliver against the agreed strategy for Technology and CSO regulatory, external audit and client engagement globally. - Manage Technology & Cyber Regulatory Engagements and external audits. - Collaborate with various stakeholders across the bank and business units to enhance overall control effectiveness through detailed documentation of control assessments, procedures, and findings. Qualifications Required: - Experience in managing Technology & Cyber Regulatory Engagements and external audits. - Excellent knowledge of information technology risks, controls, and risk remediation. - Relevant professional certification such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, PMP, CRISC, or equivalent. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the integrity and effectiveness of the bank's internal control framework to support the mitigation of risk and protection of operational, financial, and reputational risks. You will also lead a team governing regulatory engagements for Technology & CSO, deliver on the agreed strategy for regulatory engagements globally, and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance control effectiveness. Some highly valued skills may include reviewing audit findings, advising on regulatory mandated technology controls, and delivering risk reduction and operational improvement projects. Relevant professional certifications are also desirable for this role. You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant to the role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills. Location: Noida Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework, and internal Barclays Policies and Policy Standards.
