Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Global Programs Total Rewards Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in total rewards and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive total rewards strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform compensation and benefits decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver competitive compensation packages.
Manage the total rewards process from job posting to offer acceptance.
