Global Procurement

You will be working as a Senior Associate at Re:Sources, a part of Publicis Groupe, where your main responsibility will be sourcing and procuring services and materials, negotiating contracts, managing supplier relationships, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement strategies align with business goals and objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Manage discovery and preparation of RFP/RFI/RFQ using approved Procurement toolkit documentation and processes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify cost-saving opportunities - Conduct market research and supplier assessments to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities - Support the implementation of procurement strategies for optimizing cost, quality, and delivery of goods and services - Support the procurement process for goods and services, including vendor selection, price negotiation, and contract management - Monitor & manage supplier relationships and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management - Monitor market trends and research potential suppliers for cost-saving opportunities - Liaise with Vendor Management team to ensure continuity of supply and risk management of strategic contracts - Collaborate with other stakeholders like Legal, Global Security, Data Privacy, and IT teams during the process Qualifications required for this role include being educated to degree level or equivalent, CIPS qualified or working towards a CIPS qualification or related field. You should possess excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, strong negotiation and contract management skills, sound financial analytical skills, and a good understanding of contract law. A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement is necessary, with a proven track record in managing strategic sourcing and supplier management. Other essential skills include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions, working effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, working in a team/remote environment, impeccable attention to detail, ability to prioritize deliverables in line with organizational strategy, proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint), experience with SAP and Ariba is a plus. Timezone adjustment may be required when working on Global projects.,
