Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead global sourcing for semiconductors, PCBs, connectors, displays, and electronic assemblies.
Build and manage supplier networks across China, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia.
Drive cost reduction, risk management, and supplier performance improvement.
Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing to support new product introduction (NPI).
Ensure compliance with RoHS, REACH, ISO, and trade regulations.
Monitor market trends, component lifecycles, and supply risks to ensure continuity.

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of electronic components and Asian supply chains.
Expertise in negotiation, contracts, and cost optimization.
Experience with supplier quality management and compliance standards.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and procurement analytics.
Leadership in managing cross-functional and international teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelors in any field and Bachelor's degree in electronics(preferred)
Supply Chain (Masters preferred).
8+ years’ procurement experience in the electronics industry with focus on Asian suppliers.
