Global Practice Head – Insurance (UK Market)

This senior leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence and transformation within the Insurance vertical. The role requires strategic vision, strong operational management skills, and the ability to lead teams to deliver high-quality, efficient outcomes while aligning with client goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead operational transformation projects, including digital asset implementation, process standardization, and benchmarking for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Engage with clients to understand business needs and proactively address pain points.
  • Provide direction, mentorship, and development to the operations team while promoting a learning and high-performance culture.
  • Align operations with customer objectives, ensuring commitments are consistently met.
  • Identify risks proactively and develop mitigation plans.
  • Build and maintain impactful client relationships, improve Net Promoter Scores, retain business, and drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee end-to-end

    underwriting and claims operations

    to ensure operational efficiency and quality.
  • Leverage Lean Six Sigma frameworks to drive continuous performance improvement.
  • Implement mechanisms to monitor performance gaps, develop improvement plans, and escalate when necessary.
