Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound/outbound calls to customers from international locations. Provide timely and accurate information to customers. Resolve customer issues or complaints by identifying the problem and offering appropriate solutions. Maintain professionalism and ensure a high level of customer service. Document and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. Meet performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction. Work as part of a team to achieve departmental goals. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Any Graduate or Undergraduate. Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with operating systems and software. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts. Shift Details: Rotational Shifts: 24/7 operations, requiring employees to work on different shifts. Working Days: 5 days a week (rotational).
