Overall Purpose of The Job The Global Operations Lead will provides leadership and direction to the P2P & O2C team and is responsible for the Purchase to Pay & Order to Cash process, e.g. processing of supplier invoices, staff expense claims, cash disbursement process, focusing on minimizing the administrative cost, while maximizing cash flow opportunities. He/she will also be responsible for the revenue cycle process including: credit, Treasury Analysis, and collections, focusing on expediting the receipt of payment for goods ; delivering performance that meets or exceeds the required performance levels; establishing and maintaining common process company-wide based on best practices. He/she works closely with the Continuous Improvement Lead to define and implement necessary process changes to achieve ‘Best in Class’ processes and help implement a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities And Tasks Lead, motivate, hire, train, support, and develop accounting staff Manage staff planning and performance management of the team Develop capabilities to meet the changing needs of the team Assist Team Leaders in setting priorities Responsible for providing solutioning expertise for new process transition Identify potential process risks, establish control plans and monitor the impact Responsible for driving continuous improvement using tools such as; Bright Ideas, Lean Projects , Green belt & Black Belt Projects, or Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) framework Building robust business relationships with key partners and stakeholders Monitor operations performance required performance measures and other metrics and suggest action plan if required Ensure that the purchase ledger deadlines, such as closing purchase ledger, accruals, are met Direct the preparation of General Ledger close reporting to ensure adequate completeness, accuracy, timeliness, accessibility and consistency to corporate policies and GAAP Maintain and execute adequate internal controls for protection of company Assets Ensure that appropriate reconciliations are performed What can I expect in return? Essential University Graduate or MBA with a major in finance, business or accounting 6+ years of Expertise in Purchase to Pay & Order to Cash process including invoice processing, cash disbursement, billing and collection Expert knowledge of end to end of PTP & OTC process Experience in accounting and financial systems Experience in interfacing with business operational customers in defining procurement service requirements or procurement/accounting information Expertise in Purchase Ledger processes Outstanding people management skills Motivational and proactive Ability to manage a diverse group of skill sets in a delivery center environment Strong communication skills (English required) Fluent in English (Writing skills, Speaking skills, Oral and reading comprehension) Ability to portray professionalism and confidence to customers via phone and e-mail Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multi-task and handle large volume of work efficiently and accurately Demonstrate high ethical standards Desirable Robotics Implementation Applications Close Date 06 Jul 2025 Show more Show less
