This role will report into the GCS Global Mobility Operations lead, based at Noida, India
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating cross-border employee moves across regions and moves types, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth transitions.
- Prepare and review cost estimates, offer summaries, and assignment-related documents under guidance from senior mobility specialists.
- Conduct basic walkthroughs of assignment terms and conditions for employees. Support senior team members in policy explanations and clarifying process steps.
- Initiate services with external partners (immigration, tax, relocation) and follow up regularly to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality service delivery.
- Flag delays, exceptions, or challenges to the appropriate senior team member or process owner for resolution.
- Maintain regular contact with employees to guide them through key milestones, clarify next steps, and ensure questions or issues are addressed promptly.
- Apply established mobility policies and procedures to day-to-day cases, adapting to different scenarios as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date records in HR and vendor systems; ensure all case-related data and documentation are accurately captured.
- Track and process vendor invoices, assist in PO’s creation, review basic cost allocations, and support approvals as part of the overall payment cycle.
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reports and data summaries for key stakeholders within the Global Mobility function.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience and compliance in areas like tax, immigration, and payroll.
- Monitor visa expiries, tax filings, social security documentation, and other compliance-related items to help ensure timely completion and record maintenance.
Key Competencies / Skills / Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in Global Mobility, HR Operations, or related support roles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in a global capability center or in-house mobility function is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
- Working knowledge of HR systems and vendor platforms.
- Fast learner with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset when facing new or complex situations.
- Strong ability to handle multiple cases across regions, balancing priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to analyze the data and share key trends and findings with management.
- Passionate about delivering a positive employee experience and maintaining clear, transparent communication.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to understand the broader context of mobility cases.
- Professional, service-minded, and confident in interacting with employees, HR partners, and vendors.
- Comfortable escalating issues appropriately and working collaboratively with senior colleagues.
