Global Mobility Senior Associate

Role Overview: As an Associate, Global Operations at Publicis Groupe, you will be an integral part of the World of Global Mobility, providing operational support to the Global Mobility team members worldwide. Your role will involve executing operational processes with a focus on Tax to ensure quality and timely outcomes in all areas of Global Mobility. You will work under the guidance of the Manager- Global Operations as an individual contributor in a new centralized team. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare various documents for tax calculations, tax cost estimates, etc. as required - Analyze tax implications and provide tax cost estimate information - Manage Centralized inboxes, respond to queries, and delegate complex queries to appropriate team members - Maintain Global mobility data, perform reporting and analytics - Collaborate with other Global Mobility Operations team members to ensure processes are executed and issues are resolved promptly - Cooperate with and coordinate external vendors - Work and collaborate with team members and stakeholders in EMEA, India, Europe, APAC, and North America - Participate in Global Mobility projects Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of related experience in executing global mobility tax processes in a corporate environment - Experience working with professional tax services, such as the Big-4, would be an advantage - Strong English language verbal and written communication skills, with a second language being desirable - Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills - Enjoy interacting with people, building relationships, and resolving queries - Ability to work in a globally distributed team and with stakeholders while maintaining strong professional relationships with a client focus - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Driven, energetic, problem-solver, and client service-oriented - Collaborative mindset Additional Company Details: Resources, a key component of Publicis Groupe, is a global team of over 5,000 professionals providing essential services to prestigious advertising, public relations, media, healthcare, and digital marketing agencies.
