We’re on the lookout for a highly organised, detail-driven Global Marketing Coordinator to join our central marketing team.

You’ll be the glue that holds our global campaigns together by coordinating translations, managing workflows, building WordPress pages and supporting multi-channel campaign setups to ensure every market launches flawlessly.


What you'll be doing:

Campaign Coordination:

  • Help build multi-market campaigns across email, social, landing pages, banners, and toolkits.
  • Upload, schedule, and assist with campaign setup using CRM and marketing automation tools (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
  • Coordinate translations, manage approvals, and keep everything on track for on-time delivery.

Website & Asset Management:

  • Own the creation and updates of campaign pages in WordPress—layout, content upload, formatting, tagging, and QA.
  • Work closely with Design and Content teams to ensure pages look great and go live seamlessly.
  • Keep content libraries fresh and up to date across global sites.

Cross-Market Coordination:

  • Be the day-to-day link for local marketers, aligning deadlines and deliverables.
  • Maintain trackers, schedules, and shared folders to keep projects moving.
  • Support reporting and admin tasks for the Demand Gen team.

Who we're looking for:

  • Hands-on WordPress experience with building pages, formatting layouts, and managing updates.
  • Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 ideal).
  • Canva skills for creating simple assets and resizing creatives.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (email, social, landing pages).
  • Exceptional organisational skills; clean workflows and a well-kept tracker.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and pride in polished work.
  • Great communication skills and confidence working across regions.
  • A proactive, solutions-first mindset in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
