As part of our aggressive growth strategy, we are looking for a seasoned Global Market Expansion Manager - Exports to drive business development, forge strategic partnerships, and maximize revenue in international markets. Job Summary The Global Market Expansion Manager is a high-impact role responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new export opportunities. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship-building, and sales execution to expand our international footprint. You will work closely with suppliers, distributors, logistics teams, and regulatory bodies to drive revenue growth while ensuring compliance with global trade laws. Key Responsibilities Market Expansion & Business Development Identify and penetrate new international markets, focusing on high-growth regions. Develop and execute market entry strategies, including partnerships, distributor networks, and direct sales. Analyze global trade trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities. Manage the entire business development cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation. Represent the company at international trade fairs, networking events, and government trade initiatives. Sales & Revenue Growth Drive sales performance and revenue targets for global markets. Build and nurture relationships with key international clients, distributors, and stakeholders. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize profitability while ensuring compliance. Develop customized sales pitches and proposals for different international markets. Export Operations & Logistics Work closely with logistics, finance, and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution of export transactions. Oversee export documentation, including shipping bills, certificates of origin, and customs compliance. Optimize logistics and freight costs by negotiating with shipping and freight partners. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management Ensure all export activities comply with international trade laws, local regulations, and industry standards. Monitor global economic trends, currency fluctuations, and trade barriers to mitigate risks. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to structure contracts and mitigate trade-related risks. Market Intelligence & Strategy Provide insights and reports to the Directors on global market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches in international territories. Recommend pricing strategies and sales models based on in-depth market research. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor s/Master s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in export sales, international business development, or global trade. Strong knowledge of global trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics. Proven track record in international market expansion and sales growth. Experience handling negotiations, contracts, and complex international transactions. Proficiency in CRM tools, market research software, and Microsoft Office.
