Reporting to the Global MarCom Sr. Program Manager, the Global MarCom Project Manager is responsible for evaluating new project requests, prioritizing existing projects, and ensuring timely delivery. The project manager will oversee multiple initiatives and be actively involved in all phases of the creative process, including design, production, and content development. This role will be crucial in ensuring that high-priority projects stay on track and are assigned to the appropriate resources Primary Duties Project Scoping & Scheduling - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and scope. Evaluate new project requests to ensure alignment with strategic goals. Develop detailed project schedules, including milestones and deadlines. Monitor progress and adjust timelines as necessary to keep projects on track.Project Monitoring - Monitor and drive projects through our workflow to ensure process is followed and team meets all deadlines Resource Allocation—Assign appropriate resources to projects based on scope and requirements, ensuring all team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities.Translations—Manage the complete translation process, from handling RFQs and securing budget approvals to coordinating with external vendors for translation and review. Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality finalized materials for both internal and external distribution. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with design, product and web teams to facilitate smooth project execution and maintain clear communication throughout all phases Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders informed of project status, changes, and potential roadblocks, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.Weekly Status Meetings - Organize and lead weekly status meetings to review project progress, address any challenges, and align on next steps. Ensure all team members are engaged and informed. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet ESAB’s quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.Reporting—Execute weekly time reports to track resource allocation. Manage team and individual dashboards to provide real-time visibility into project statuses and performance metrics. Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within marketing or communications, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of marketing communications principles, including content development, digital marketing, and brand management.Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting project updates to stakeholders at various levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.Experience working with diverse global teams, including creative, production, and analytics, to drive project success.Experience with workflow/project management tools—Wrike, Planisware, Asana, Trello, Monday.com or similar Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel; Adobe Creative Cloud, a plusFluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
