What You'll Do BCG's Global L&D function is undergoing a transformation, and we are ambitious in making change happen in a fast paced and agile environment. To support this transformation, Global Learning Experience Design & Development team seeks to recruit a Global Learning Experience Development Assistant. This person will have a key role in supporting the team in the development process for our online learning offerings. This includes building eLearning modules using industry standard tools, uploading them to BCG's Learning Management System, and other administration tasks within the LMS as well BCG's LXP platform. What You'll Bring Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant working experience, preferred in eLearning content production, multimedia support, or other L&D related activities Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Experience developing content in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Evolve Authoring or other similar tools) Deep understanding of SCORM packaging standards Experience in basic level LMS administration preferably Saba Cloud Experience in basic level LXP administration preferably Edcast Experience in basic level Prezi development preferred Experience with multimedia production editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, Audacity, or other similar software packages) preferred KEY COMPETENCIES: Excellent and fluent English language skills, both written and oral Strong organizational and time management skills across time zones with strong attention to detail, including ability to multi-task and adapt to last minute changes and needs Strong customer focus; responsive to queries in a consistent manner and with a sense of urgency Highest level of integrity expected, treating all HR-related information as confidential Ownership of own work and proactive in driving new ideas Effective collaboration in a virtual environment, while at the same time demonstrating ownership and drive, is essential Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment and to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business and in keeping with BCG's values and culture Who You'll Work With You'll report to the Global Learning Experience Development Director. You will also work closely with other contributors across the L&D organization.
