Job Description

Role Overview: MetaMorph is looking for an experienced HR leader to oversee global HR operations with a strong focus on compliance, process standardization, and employee experience across various regions, including India, UAE, US, and UK. The ideal candidate should bring strategic insight, a compliance-first mindset, and a passion for building inclusive HR processes that support business growth and employee engagement on a global scale. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the global HR operations function to ensure efficient and consistent HR processes across all regions. - Develop and implement standardized HR policies and procedures compliant with local laws and regulations in operating regions, particularly focusing on UAE, UK, US, and India. - Continuously review and enhance HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance and best practices. - Stay updated on global employment laws and regulations, especially in the UAE, UK, US, and India, to address compliance risks proactively. Operational Efficiency and Technology Adoption: - Implement HR technology and tools to streamline operations, enhance data accuracy, and improve overall HR efficiency. - Monitor HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and guide strategic HR decisions. Employee Experience and Lifecycle Management: - Manage the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive experience from onboarding to offboarding across all regions. - Develop effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the company culture and set them up for success in their roles. - Foster consistent HR practices while adapting to local needs and regulations to create a positive and inclusive work environment for employees globally. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. - Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a global HR operations role. - Demonstrated experience in managing HR operations across multiple countries, with a focus on the UAE, UK, US, and India. - Profound knowledge of international labor laws and HR best practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working effectively across different cultures. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to changing circumstances.,
