We are looking for a visionary and dynamic Global Head of Technical Recruitment who will drive global talent acquisition strategy, scale high-performing teams, and attract elite technical talent across global markets. The ideal candidate will bring a British or American communication tone, exceptional leadership presence, and a proven track record of closing senior technical roles globally. Multilingual capabilities (French, Vietnamese, or others) are a strong plus.
• Lead the global technical recruitment strategy aligned with business growth and innovation goals.
• Build and scale recruitment teams across India, Singapore, EMEA, USA, and APAC regions.
• Drive hiring for engineering, data science, AI, and leadership roles with a strong closure focus.
• Collaborate closely with C-level stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and define priorities.
• Mentor and manage regional recruitment teams, ensuring high performance and accountability.
• Develop and optimize scalable hiring funnels, processes, and performance dashboards.
• Promote HYI.AI’s employer brand globally to attract top-tier technical talent.
• Ensure pipeline visibility, ATS hygiene, and timely status reporting across all open positions.
• Maintain daily and weekly closure reports, ensuring alignment with global hiring velocity and quality.
• Build target market hiring playbooks and harmonize recruitment culture across regions.
• Partner with regional networks and recruitment firms to enhance reach and candidate quality.
• Lead end-to-end hiring lifecycle — sourcing, screening, evaluation, negotiation, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients for interview alignment and candidate readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement through daily recruitment sprints and performance reviews.
• 8+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with at least 5 years in a leadership/head role.
• Proven success in global hiring across multiple regions (US, UK, EMEA, APAC).
• Excellent English communication with a British or American tone/presence.
• Strong experience in leading recruitment operations and managing international teams.
• Proficiency in ATS tools, CRM systems, and recruitment analytics dashboards.
• Hands-on experience in technical hiring for engineering, AI, or product roles.
• Strong stakeholder management, team-building, and client coordination capabilities.
• Visionary mindset with passion for innovation and talent excellence.
• Experience hiring across multiple continents – US, UK, EU, and APAC.
• Multilingual abilities (French, Vietnamese, or additional languages).
• Experience working in AI-driven or high-growth tech organizations.
• Deep understanding of technical stacks and global engineering culture.
