Role Overview The Global Head of HCM will lead the strategic and operational aspects of Human Capital Management globally, focusing on Employee Talent Management, Training and Development, Payroll, and HR operations. This role excludes recruitment but is critical in addressing key challenges such as attrition, leadership and managerial development, employee engagement, and making Zycus a great place to work. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a global HCM strategy aligned with Zycus business objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on human capital initiatives and organizational culture. Talent Management: Design and implement strategies for talent retention, career development, and succession planning. Drive performance management systems to nurture a high-performing culture. Training and Development: Lead the creation of leadership and managerial development programs to strengthen the leadership pipeline. Foster a culture of continuous learning through robust training programs. Payroll and HR Operations: Oversee efficient, compliant, and accurate payroll management across all geographies. Ensure seamless HR operations to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity. Employee Engagement: Develop and execute engagement strategies to build a collaborative, inclusive, and dynamic workplace. Leverage employee feedback to identify and implement initiatives that improve workplace satisfaction. Attrition Management: Analyze attrition data to identify trends and root causes. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement targeted retention strategies and improve employee experience. Enhancing Workplace Culture: Drive initiatives to establish Zycus as a great place to work. Lead innovative programs to foster employee well-being, recognition, and belonging. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or Master s in HR preferred. 15+ years of experience in Human Capital Management or HR leadership roles, with global exposure. Proven expertise in talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement. Demonstrated ability to address attrition challenges and create high-performing teams. Strong business acumen with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities.
