Job Description

Maintain roadmap for onboarding targets for our LEVO digital portal across the syngas, hydrogen and refinery purification customer base. Conduct data analytics and track KPIs regarding digital portal usage, providing insights to regional TSE teams for their engagement with customers. Onboard new customers onto our portals including model development, customer mapping and validation. Train regional LEVO superusers/product experts, enabling the local teams to support customers in direct interactions. Part of the Digital Product Sync team, reviewing targets and implementation of our digital strategy. Run engineering models to generate performance estimates and recommendations for optimisation. Data processing and data analysis to ensure we are extracting as much knowledge as possible from the data we have available; working within existing frameworks and procedures Requirements for the role: Degree in chemical engineering Project Management Experience Communication skills: verbal and written; ability to present complex ideas effectively to senior stakeholders Understanding of the Catalyst Technologies market place 1-2 years experience in a Chemical Engineering/data processing/modelling role Background in catalysts, absorbents, chemicals and/or additives
