Job Description

Kindly Read JD Carefully. Overview of Role: Your primary objective will be to take ownership of benefits administration and to deliver excellent and accurate documentation to our employees and prospective employees, supporting an excellent and timely enrolment to their benefits, providing information on benefits and updating documentation when and as needed. You will need to be a Benefits geek, passionate about providing a great customer service, and eager to learn about the different benefits being offered across jurisdictions. Role & responsibilities: To support the Benefits Coordinator with all benefits documentation Timely manage, upon onboarding, assigned cases to record any benefits needed Issue required forms for enrolment on benefits to the employees To liaise with providers and partners regarding enrolment to statutory benefits as well as enhanced benefits, where offered, in the contractual agreement To process and respond to all employee queries related to ongoing enrolment of benefits (pension, medical insurance, life assurance etc). Track progress in systems of all ongoing assigned cases and provide reports when needed Liaising with insurance providers to clarify any queries employees have Timely tracking and processing of notifications to providers / insurance companies of any employees offboarded Helping support Benefits Coordinator with reporting and preparing Guideline documentation related to Benefits and Schemes Support the tracking and reporting of sickness / maternity / paternity / other leaves in the portal (and other systems as needed) Preferred candidate profile: Preferably experience with benefits 2+ years of business experience (international business preferred) Basic understanding benefits Customer service experience Highly technology literate, including Microsoft Office suite, CRM (Salesforce) Understanding of GDPR Second language a distinct advantage, English proficiency level required International/global experience desirable If your experience matches above requirement then kindly share your CV to monica.arthur@topsourceworldwide.com
