Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field 5-10+ years of experience with programming in any language Ability to quickly learn new languages and technologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills including experience speaking to global engineering and business audience Sound SDLC practices and ability to debug and troubleshoot problems Energetic, self-directed and self-motivated Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Financial Services and markets are added advantage
