Location: Kerala , kakkanadExperience: 2-5 years with semi industrial experience About the Role We are looking for a skilled and innovative Product Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product development, execution, improvement, and ensuring product quality and performance throughout the lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Perform product testing, validation, and analysis to ensure performance and safety compliance. Support manufacturing teams in resolving technical challenges and improving production efficiency. Assist in preparing technical documents including product specifications, BOM, manuals, etc. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams for material selection and cost-effective solutions. Perform root cause analysis for product issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate product improvements based on customer feedback and market trends. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Production Engineering (or related field). 2–5 years of experience as a Product Engineer or similar role. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and engineering fundamentals. Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, molding, fabrication, etc. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills (Added Advantage) Hands-on experience in product testing and validation techniques.
