Glass Product Manager

Job Title: Glass Production Manager Location: Saha, Ambala Working Hours: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM, (Monday to Saturday) Salary: 30,000-40,000 per month Sector: Manufacturing

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Glass Production Manager to oversee the glass manufacturing process, focusing on quality, team supervision, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

 Inspect & Shape Glass: Check for defects, cut, and blow glass into desired shapes using blowpipes, punchers, and marvers.

 Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects (scratches, bubbles) and determine their sell ability.

 Equipment Maintenance: Ensure furnaces, annealing ovens, and other equipment are working properly.

 Production Supervision: Oversee daily production to meet quality and specification standards.

 Record Keeping: Maintain production charts and required records.

 Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of glassblowers and production staff.

 Safety Compliance: Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.

 Technical Expertise: Oversee glass blowing, cutting, grinding, and other processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

 Experience: 10+ years in glass manufacturing with supervisory experience.

 Knowledge: Expertise in glass production processes and equipment.

 Leadership: Strong supervisory and team management skills.

 Attention to Detail: Ability to spot defects and ensure quality.

 Computer Skills: Proficient in basic computer operations for record-keeping.

 Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with safety protocols in manufacturing.

Preferred:

 Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

 Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹705,904.84 - ₹2,229,663.52 per year
