Position: GIS Field Incharge Location: Guwahati, Assam Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in Surveying and GIS-related work Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced GIS Field Incharge to lead and manage our field survey operations in Guwahati, Assam. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in GIS and surveying, with hands-on experience in team management, client coordination, and project execution. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage field operations in Survey and GIS projects. Possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in survey and GIS domains. Supervise and coordinate Surveyors, Supervisors, and ​Field staff. Act as a key liaison between clients, field teams, and in-house teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and executed. Ensure accurate and timely collection of field data. Recruit, train, and manage local field staff as needed. Coordinate with internal teams for timely production and delivery of GIS data. Experience with Property Tax Surveys is a strong advantage. Work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative in solving field-level challenges. Must be open to travel as per project needs. ​Requirements: Strong leadership and team-handling capabilities. Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic field environment. Fluency in Hindi and English (spoken and written) is required.
